Kairos Sports Tech, a local sports software company, has unveiled plans to grow its team to expand further into global markets.
Founded in 2018 by former Ireland and Ulster Rugby player Andrew Trimble and entrepreneur Gareth Quinn, Kairos developed a communications and operations platform for professional sports teams.
Employing 18 people in Belfast, the company services teams in the Premier League, NBA, MLB, MLS, and Premiership Rugby. Already operating across 10 sports in 12 countries, the expansion is backed by £500,000 from Whiterock's Growth Finance Fund.
Andrew Trimble said the partnership validates "an exceptional and best in class platform that can be used by elite teams worldwide in any sport."
